These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
This website is operated by Freehold Solutions LTD (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13983801, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at info@freehold-solutions.com or on +44 20 4578 6130.
This website describes our services. It is not an offer to provide them. Client engagements are contracted with Freehold Solutions DMCC, our sister company in Dubai, under a written engagement agreement and, for investment recovery, the power of attorney that agreement describes. That agreement sets out the services, the fees and both parties’ obligations, and it prevails over these terms. Our Refund Policy summarises how fees work.
The website, including the cancelled projects directory, gives general information only. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and you should not rely on it to make decisions without advice on your own circumstances. Project facts come from Dubai Land Department records and other public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Every project and case is different, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, for example by introducing viruses or other harmful material, by trying to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems it runs on, or by copying it automatically in a way that disrupts it or breaches these terms.
We or our licensors own the intellectual property in the website, including its text, design, graphics and the compilation of its data. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may quote project facts from the directory if you credit “Dubai Land Department project register, via Freehold Solutions” with a link to the page. Any other copying or commercial use needs our written permission.
Links to websites we do not control are for information only. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
If you use the website as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, and the website is provided for private use only, so we are not liable to you for any business losses.
If you use the website for business purposes, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations to the extent the law allows, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
Liability for the services is set out in the engagement agreement.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we use personal information and cookies.
We may update these terms and the website from time to time. The version shown on the website when you use it applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
