Refund Policy

This policy explains how fees for our services work. Client engagements are contracted with Freehold Solutions DMCC, our sister company in Dubai, and the engagement agreement you sign with it sets out the fees, cancellation and refunds in full. If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

1. Our fees

• Investment recovery: there is no upfront fee. The fee is a success fee, a share of the amount recovered for you, as set out in your engagement agreement, and it is payable only when a recovery is received.
• Other services (project restructuring, acquisition advisory, brokerage and legal advisory): the fee is agreed with you in writing before any work starts.

2. Cancellation

How and when you can cancel an engagement is set out in your engagement agreement. To cancel, or if you have a question about cancelling, contact us at info@freehold-solutions.com or on +44 20 4578 6130 and we will pass your request on straight away.

3. Refunds

Because investment recovery is charged as a success fee, you pay nothing upfront for it. Where any other payment has been made, refunds are handled under the terms of your engagement agreement.
