Where the destination is not covered by UK adequacy regulations, we protect the transfer with the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, or rely on the UK-US data bridge for certified US companies. Where none of these is available, we transfer information only when it is necessary to perform our contract with you or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Contact us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. There is normally no fee. We will respond within one month, or within three months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you why within the first month.
